Hello, I’m Mica.

I’m an intimacy, love, and relationships coach, a mind–body practitioner, and the founder of Ora Sanctuary.

My work is rooted in a deep belief that healing begins with safety and self-trust. With a background in physical therapy, meditation, yoga, and trauma-informed healing, I support women in reconnecting with their bodies, listening to their inner wisdom, and cultivating lives that feel more peaceful, pleasurable, and true.

I weave together nervous system regulation, body-based awareness, and desire-led coaching, including the often overlooked realms of intimacy and sexual wellness. This integrative approach invites women to soften control, release inherited patterns, and reconnect with what they genuinely want.

My intention is to create a grounded, compassionate space where transformation feels sustainable, embodied, and deeply personal — so you can reclaim pleasure, deepen intimacy, and live in alignment with who you truly are.

What is Ora Sanctuary?

Ora means “now.”

To me, it’s a reminder that life isn’t something to figure out later. It’s something we get to meet right here, as we are.

Ora Sanctuary is a space to slow down and come back to yourself. A place where you don’t have to perform, push, or have it all together. Where you’re allowed to listen to what’s true for you, instead of who you think you’re supposed to be.

I created this space for women who look capable on the outside, but inside feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of what they really want — especially in their relationships and sense of self.

You’re invited to arrive just as you are, take a breath, and begin reconnecting with what matters to you — now.

What is Intimacy, Love and Relationships Coaching?

At its core, intimacy coaching is not just about romantic relationships. It’s about your ability to be in relationship—with yourself, with others, and with life itself.

It addresses the often invisible patterns that live beneath the surface:

  • How you attach

  • How you protect yourself

  • How you express or suppress your needs and desires

  • How safe you feel being seen, chosen, or deeply loved

When we talk about self-love, we’re not referring to surface-level affirmations or spa days. We’re talking about the radical inner work of building self-trust, emotional safety, and healthy boundaries—so that love doesn’t have to mean self-abandonment.

This work is grounded in neuroscience, attachment theory, trauma-informed principles, and embodied practice. It helps you shift from over-functioning, people-pleasing, or control-based strategies into a more integrated, empowered way of being—where your nervous system, your voice, your desires, and your choices are all aligned.

In coaching, we bring curiosity to what you truly want—not just what you’ve been conditioned to pursue—and we untangle the inner blocks, protective patterns, and relational wounds that keep you from living and loving fully.
