Hello, I’m Mica.
I’m an Intimacy, Love and Relationships coach, mind-body practitioner, and founder of Ora Sanctuary.
My background in physical therapy, meditation, yoga and trauma-informed healing allows me to support women in rebuilding self-trust, reconnecting with their bodies, and living with more peace, pleasure, and authenticity.
I integrate nervous system work, body-based awareness, and desire-led coaching—including the often-overlooked dimensions of intimacy and sexual wellness—to help women create a life that honors what they truly want—not just what they’ve been taught to chase. So they can soften control, reclaim pleasure and experience deep, lasting transformation.
What is Ora Sanctuary?
The word Ora comes from Latin, meaning “now”. It speaks to time—not just as something we measure, but as something we inhabit.
To me, Ora Sanctuary represents a return to presence. A space where time slows, and where you’re invited to meet yourself as you are—without rushing, without performing, and without abandoning your truth to meet anyone else’s expectations.
I created Ora Sanctuary as a container for women who are successful on the outside, yet internally feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of what they really want—especially in the realm of love, intimacy, and self-worth. It’s a space where depth and logic meet softness and embodiment. Where you are supported not just to understand yourself intellectually, but to feel safe enough to actually be yourself—in your body, in relationships, and in life.
What is Intimacy, Love and Relationships Coaching?
At its core, intimacy coaching is not just about romantic relationships. It’s about your ability to be in relationship—with yourself, with others, and with life itself.
It addresses the often invisible patterns that live beneath the surface:
How you attach
How you protect yourself
How you express or suppress your needs and desires
How safe you feel being seen, chosen, or deeply loved
When we talk about self-love, we’re not referring to surface-level affirmations or spa days. We’re talking about the radical inner work of building self-trust, emotional safety, and healthy boundaries—so that love doesn’t have to mean self-abandonment.
This work is grounded in neuroscience, attachment theory, trauma-informed principles, and embodied practice. It helps you shift from over-functioning, people-pleasing, or control-based strategies into a more integrated, empowered way of being—where your nervous system, your voice, your desires, and your choices are all aligned.
In coaching, we bring curiosity to what you truly want—not just what you’ve been conditioned to pursue—and we untangle the inner blocks, protective patterns, and relational wounds that keep you from living and loving fully.
